Provided leadership and strategic and operational oversight regarding processes and initiatives involving new customer data migration into Premier’s ERP and SCM application, including data acquisition, cleansing, mapping, and conversion.
Shortened implementation process by establishing procedures to standardize data acquisition with Microsoft Excel and Access templates which were imported into SQL and converted to the ERP and SCM databases.
Introduced new tools and procedures for the implementation process.
