Look after overall Sheet metal production, shop floor management and quality of parts.

Good exposure press parts practically as well as visual.

Good exposure of press machines, hydraulic presses.

Do troubleshooting in progressive press tools.

Maintain all documents related to production records, MIS reports, ISO documents, quality.

Creates BOM’s as per the product and customer requirements.

Do manufacturing of tools, jigs & fixtures for increasing the productivity.

Handle and manage manpower to achieve targets with in the time limit.

Responsible for overall material loading and unloading, inventory of raw material.

Do kaizen activities, 5s, safety activities to maintain a good and healthy work environment.

Work on ERP software for maintain the production data and inventory.

Do designing of tools, jigs & fixtures, also do work according to the drawings.

Knowledge of wire cut job work also.
