Working in INDIAN STRATEGIC PETROLEUM RESERVES LIMITED (ISPRL)under deputation third party contract from AARVI ENCON LTD for supervision, operation and maintenance of ISPRL pumping and dispatch station from July 2016 to till date.

Working

in the ISPRL Cavern Operation Dept. Receiving of Crude oil from jetty to the Cavern through pipeline (42Inch flow rate 8000 kl\hr.)

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE:-Planning for space availabilities, sequence of product receiving, receipt, flow rate, change over, Monitoring of temperature, pressure, density and hourly reading from vessel to Cavern etc.

Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance, Overhauling of rotating Equipments such as pumps, Diesel engines, reciprocating compressors, gear Boxes, fan and blowers & all rotating equipment

Monitor and analyze process operational trends to mitigate potential risk problems, and take corrective actions to enhance safety operations.

Sampling of all nominated tank with surveyor and sending for lab testing, starting of vessel under Agreed time, hourly monitoring of pressure flow rate, density, temperature. Hourly figure tally with terminal, issuing of protest letters, coordinating with vessel authorities for ETC, bunker, water requirement, pre and post documentation. Proper communication and co-ordination with port authorities and terminal, F&S, Marine and other department for fast and safe operation.

Pipeline pigging, Cavern switchover, Gauging, Sampling, water draining/injecting etc.

Sampling and coordinating with lab assistant for different types of test to know density, color, sulphur, viscosity, recovery etc.

DOCUMENTATION:-Reconciliation of received and dispatched oil, Vessel document, work permit, sample punching. OTR preparation, tanker analysis report, loss/gain report, TFMS etc.

Working on TAS (Terminal Automation system), this system is to minimize the duplication of work and simplify the operation work with the help of instrumentation and control system.

Inspection of cavern checklist, on daily/monthly/quarterly and yearly basis and maintain records for the same.

Strictly followed work permit system and close supervising on hot work/vessel entry, Trained for terminal operation safety, firefighting, first aid, mock drill, DMP drill. Active participate in safety training external and internal, safety committee meeting, fire mock drill and DMP drill, Emergency shutdown procedure and handling of Emergency and Critical situation.

Having good exposure of using PPE, SCBA, All types of Fire extinguishers and aware of Mock drills

Operation and maintenance of centrifugal pumps, plug valves, ball valves, Globe valves, Gate valves etc.

Vapor flaring operation at the time of crude receiving if required

Developed an Initial Start-up & Emergency/Normal Shutdown procedure strategy. Coordinate with Integrated Commissioning Team (ICAT) and contribute/suggest commissioning inputs in the preparation of Standard operating Procedure (SOP) for Simultaneous Operations
