Was employed as a supervisor in the reservations department at Fantasyland Hotel. I started this job as an agent, answering calls, making reservations, and fulling other agent duties. I then moved into a supervisor role, taking on different duties. In this role I not only helped the call agents with making sales, and cultivating a team atmosphere but I also assisted the revenue manager with data entry, working extensively with Microsoft programs. Answering emails, diffusing potential guest issues, and often helping other departments with there questions were a very large part of my role as well. BEST WESTERN SUNRISE INN & SUITES, STONY PLAIN, AB 2015-2016 I was employed as a Front Desk Agent fulfilling duties such as answering calls, making reservations, using Opera's PMS system and checking guests in and out of the hotel.
