Responsible for making follow- up medical appointments and transportation for appointments. Customer service responsibilties to the clients and homecare agencies upon the transition process for clients' discharge back into the community.

My accomplishments at Miller Memorial Community have been fulfilling. I have worked and gained a lot of experience in this company. I have been able to expand myself within different departments in the last ten years of employment within the facility. I enjoyed the different challenges that I have encountered at Miller Memorial Community.
