Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of different types of boilers like- AFBC, Travelling grate, turbines like - extraction cum condensing, back pressure; cooling tower, fuel handling system, Dense phase ash handling system, water treatment plant consisting of RO,UF, DM etc. with all the auxiliaries as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.

Procurement of required spares and materials with continuous follow up. Maintaining equipment history cards and spare records. Planning for emergency shutdown work and completing the work within the time frame.

Preparation/ Generation of MIS reports.

Maintaining equipment health by condition monitoring to improve plant performance.

Preparing annual budget for operation and maintenance.

Preparing annual budget for Energy conservation.

Preparing schedule for maintenance and carries out Preventive, Schedule and Breakdown Maintenance.

Handling all the IBR related statutory communication and documentations.

Preparing SOPs.

Targeting to achieve zero accidents by awareness in all personnel towards safety.

Implementation of the strict safety measure to avoid any accidents during operation and maintenance by using PPE's and educating them towards safety.

Preparing backup documents for EMS audit and ISO certification.

Project Planning & Execution:

Prepare, and finalize the erection protocol for boiler and all auxiliaries.

Coordinate with Quality Coordinator for compliance of all relevant documentation.

Monitor (Piping, Boiler and its Auxiliaries) progress of activities related to erection. and commissioning of respective packages.

Monitor daily progress of the erection with respect to scope and report.

Reviewing engineering drawings, technical specifications as per site requirements.

Co-ordination with the EPC Contractor/Consultant/TPI Agency/Contractors

Preparation and Presentation of progress reports.

Experience in attending and witnessing performance guarantee test of power plant and its various auxiliaries.
