Production Manager: Managed I.C.E.D.’s in-house design department and overseeing all jobs from conception through design, proofing, printing and frequent product mailings. I also took on the roles of typesetter, assistant editor and some design work due to attrition as well as manage all jobs. In addition to managing production I handled our monthly billing for design, print shop and direct mail departments.
Prior to this promotion, I held the position of Seminar Coordinator for two years reporting to Vice President of Education. Responsibilities included executive secretarial work, coordinating all aspects of the seminars, including room reservations, planning all meals, coordinating AV requirements, preparing seminar schedules and materials, scheduling airport pickup and departures with seminar attendees. I.C.E.D. hosted seminars for franchisees every other weekend. In addition to Houston based seminars, I coordinated out of town seminars and annual conferences. Created and developed a Management Pro Seminar including all aspects from training material to instruction.
Prior to my Seminar Coordinator promotion my position was Advertising Coordinator with responsibilities including all advertising for new Kwik Kopy Printing franchises worldwide, media coordinator; company photographer; providing secretarial help in various departments when needed; relief switchboard operator.
