Led cross-organizational teams of four to six functions to define and approve detailed project plans. Led regular team meetings to assess project status and identify, assign and resolve issues, and mitigate risks. Created and maintained project status reports, and provided to teams and multiple levels of management. Directed solution-level testing and customer technical support test teams to execute customer-focused test plan, and assisted program management to secure engineering and installation resources.
Development Project Manager, 1999-2000. Led new product project team of approximately 75 developers, testers, support engineers, and managers for initial release of new technology based on packet switching. Developed and built project team, defined major milestones, and led detailed schedule creation and agreement in support of $100,000,000 market opportunity. Defined new development process.
