A)Worked in Esteem Ind. Pvt. Ltd. (Vikramgad, Thane) part of Venus Ethoxylates (Goa). As a Chemical Engineer from date 17th Aug 2011 to 19th sept 2013 in India.

Production : The Group of Esteem are Produce Alcohol ethoxlates are often converted to related species called ethoxysulfates. Alcohol ethoxylates and ethoxysulfates are surfactants, used widely in cosmetic and other commercial products.

Ethoxylation is a chemical reaction in which ethylene oxide adds to a substrate. It is the most widely practiced alkoxylation, which involves the addition of epoxides to substrates.

Normal flow and slump characteristics can be maintained with a reduced water content ratio in the concrete mix, resulting in increased final strength

Production Planning, Control, technical support

First focus on the batch planning as per customer required.

Create the log sheet as per batch quantity and RM name list.

Providing technical advice about the suitability of materials

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with optimization of 4M (men, material method& machine).

Identifying areas of productivity improvements and recommending process & equipment modifications.

Carrying out the standardization of equipments and processes to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the plant.

Follow the regular policy and customers finished good product specification as standard as required.

The standard operating procedure should be continued as per running batches.

Main responsibilities are monitoring of all process parameters of Reactor

Preparation of log sheet to start a new batch and prioritize batch according to customer demand.

Making sure that product are produced in on batch time and good quality.

Use in Product Ehtylene Oxide, Propelene Oxide, Fatty Acid, PEG-400, CSA, Lauril Alcohol, Nony Phenol.

Planning on starting new batches.

Take action or decision quickly suffering with the problem.

Recording and maintaining loading/unloading stock.

B) Tytan Organic Chemicals (ME), FZC. (Sep 2013 to Still present.)

Production Planning & Control

Monitoring the production process and impelmentry the quality control.

Ensuring 100% Plan compliance and line fill with targeted quality and Technical efficiency.

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for achieving high productivity with optimization of 4M (men, material method& machine).

Identifying areas of productivity improvements and recommending process & equipment modifications.

Time consumption, energy saving, utilize manpower and priority on top import batches.

Making Day to day production report like Daily production report, utilization report, Raw material in plant consumption and storage report, batch in and out process are in excel sheet report etc.

Finalize the all report, tanker loading C.O.A.

The main responsibilities are monitoring of all process parameters of Reactor.

Making NCO-011 (TYSOL-10) from viscous condensation process and finalize batch from neutralization process.

Take different type of oil Base product & batches like POFA, PAM, OFA, OPE-II,D-Air 3000L, D-Air 3500 L.

Implement new product Corvidol-400, Absorbital-400, Tycide, Formaline from Paraformaldeyde.

Also high light the main consruction product procedure like sulphonation, condensation and neutralization which makes NCO-011.

Planning on drilling oil batch within minimum hours, time consumes, blending process.

Oil batches planned as per RAW material stock and finishing good product with blending Ratio and specification.

Supervising and Motivating a team of workers.

Recoded and developing in time managment cyle with inproperment in reduction of equipment time down hours.

Attend trouble shooting in plant and overseeing the production process.

Optimizing resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization.
