Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President Field Operations at Healogics, Inc.

Assisted the CFO, preparing and organizing the Audit Committee Meeting books and Board Committee books.

Selected to serve as supervisor for the Aviation Medicine and Physical Exams Department at the Branch Health Clinic because of the extensive knowledge of the aircrew and sick call procedures.

Supervised 26 junior personnel in the disposition of a weekly caseload of over 200 flight physicals and aviation sick call patients to include entry into AHLTA, the electronic military record system.

Developed procedures for the annual Preventive Health Assessment including flight deck physicals, for all Naval Air Station Jacksonville used by Naval Branch Medical Clinic providers.

Re-established the medical database by working directly with Space & Naval Warfare Systems Command, inputting over 400 personnel thereby maximizing readiness to over 95%.

Oversaw the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program at the Naval Branch Health Clinic, working with seven different schools, scheduling and completing physicals for over 250 Student Naval Aviator applicants.
