PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Clinical Data Analyst Trainee (E-Intern), Genius Minds, USA (Sep 2017- Present)

Data Integration from various sources and customer representatives.

Evauate and reprocess the raw data before statistical analysis.

Interpretation of results acquired from multiple statistical analysis and suggest ways to improve results.

Research and Development Intern, Biocon Limited, Karnataka, India. (Sep 2014- Jun 2015)

Worked with Asia’s premier biopharmaceutical company responsible for novel biologics and biosimilar to patients in India and other emerging markets.

Understood the functioning and production process of Insugen (rh-Insulin) which involved the maintenance of continuous microbial (Yeast & E. coli) cultures, sterilization techniques, Centrifugation units, HPLC, Crystallizer and Freeze dryers.

Involved in Designing of experiments and conducted studies on Enhancement in Production of recombinant two chain Insulin by an alternative method omitting the trypsinization.

Analysed the Insulin obtained as per the norms of FDA.

Inspected pH stability chambers, environmental monitors, sterility standards of media in order to maintain the homogeneous reaction conditions.

Investigated the deviations and batch failures and resolved them by the step by step analysis.

Quality Assurance Executive, Anantha Biotechnologies Pvt.Ltd, A.P, India. (May 2014- Jul 2014)

Cultured and maintained mammalian cell lines, yeast cell lines and bacterial cell lines.

Executed qualitative and quantative tests for the crude protein samples and documented the results.

PROJECTS

Prototype development of 3D-Printed Scaffold for Knee Cartilage Tissue Regeneration

Successfully designed and printed biocompatible porous scaffold with heterogeneous pore size for articular knee cartilage regeneration.

Analyzed the mechanical strength and structural properties of the prototype to ensure the required mechanical strength.

Conducted studies on materials, hormones and process of 3D printing for the best out put and to satisfy the norms of FDA.

Conducted assays to evaluate cell viability, degradation rate, porosity and biocompatibility of scaffold material.

Successfully controlled Immune reactions and improved cell viability on the designed scaffold.

Immobilized MSCs on to the scaffold which would also help as the internal source of cells for regeneration.

Nano-drug delivery for Glioblastoma Multiforme: A combinatory approach

Formulated a Nano complex of Graphene oxide sheet tagged with Doxorubicin and coated with Tetrandrine

loaded silica Nano particles. Tagged with transferrin and chlorotoxins to cross BBB and targeting cancer site.

Conducted various theoretical studies to obtain the best combination of cancer treating drugs with proven results

Expected the complex to achieve burst release of DOX and sustained release of tetradrine for better results

Designed the experimental process for the in vitro and in vivo testing of the nano complex.

Research proposal of Contact Lense design for detection of Blood Glucose level through lacrimal secritions.

Designed a contact lens with nano sensory device which is to be programmed to detect the changes in glucose levels of body

Collected numerous data sets regarding the study of glucose levels and created a standard graph for the glucose chages using R-programming and Excel.
