Principle Responsibilities in the Plant:

• I have good knowledge for Erection & Commissioning of Petrochemical; Sugar Distillery Power Plant & Grain based distillery plant.

•Individually whole shift managing, man power managing, material managing and finding resources, handling the planning of work schedule, checking the plant instrumentation, PLC Panel.

•Ensuring optimum plant availability by co-coordinating preventive / breakdown maintenance work and implementation of development scheme.

•Installation, Calibration, Maintenance and troubleshooting of process Instruments (Control Valves, Pressure Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Flow transmitters, Pressure switch, Temperature Switch etc) and Control System. Well versed with PLC, SCADA, BCA’S and DCS control systems.AC/DC Drives Modification work in Instrument & Automation.

•Repair relief valves, control valves, on/off valves and pneumatic actuators in FCX actuation facility or customer plant locations. Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot, inspect, and test valves at specified job worksites. Primary worksites include FCX valve repair centers with occasional customer in-field work sites. Perform pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, in process inspection, machining, lapping, painting, assembly, testing, and final inspection on various types of valves and actuation. Perform testing on certified test equipment.

•Lead instrument design team on projects and train young instrument engineers.

• Perform instrument conceptual detail design work.

• Overall responsibility for technical issues and coordinates with other disciplines.

• Review instrument design documents/ drawings and interface with Supplier.

• Instrument system design and supervision of instrument Engineer.

• Perform instrument calculations and studies, prepare instrument specifications and datasheets. Maintain calibration of Instrument sheets.
