A vibrant non-profit with an annual budget of C$900,000.00 budget, designed to provide services in 14 scattered multiple units throughout the city, for “hard to house” clients. Hired to evaluate their needs to streamline services. Successfully wrote a grant to obtain government funding for two additional consultants who focused on building improvements and strategic planning. The entire project spanned four years. Buildings were improved, recreational programs put in place and access to educational programs for low income stay at home parents were established to improve their situations.
