Coordinated with quality team in welding of DI pipes towards completing the check sheets for plant start-up

Effectuated changes in the routing of pipe, supports, and so on in accordance with the Site Engineer’s request as well as the process requirements, these changes included changes in routing of bio gas lines & hot water lines to reduce the length of pipes

Managed the piping technical queries and investigated the related problems, including the drawing of field sketches as per requirements which involved connecting the sludge line to heat exchanger with Y-type T- connection which reduces the choking of sludge and get streamlined flow to heat exchanger. The sketch of the Y-type connection was drafted and sent for fabrication
