- Proactive maintenance ( root cause failure analysis)

-TPM ( Japanese approach ) applying autonomous maintenance, The essence of it's the team work

- 5'S CAN -DO as working environment ( My interesting and publishing bulletin by me)

- lubricate's awareness by using SKF condition monitoring,grease tool meter

- Labor's appraisal system to touch the weak and power evaluation for training program

-Cost control by fabricate some parts at workshop as possible and order parts taking into account lead time ( sometimes for diesel engine we deliver old parts good condition replace by new one to reduce the cost is named REM system)
