Job Responsibilities

Complete supervision of Main store, and directly reporting the daily and monthly stock reports to project manager & store supervisor.

Responsible for annual inventory for all stock & ASSETS items.

Making SRV, SIV and MRN in Computerized Software IBM AS400 & JD Edward.

Making materials requisitions as necessary

Making LPO for site store for consumable items, and getting approval form project mangers.

Keeping records for all LPO’s and details submitted to purchase department every month.

Chase to the supplier for the delivery. And receiving and inspecting all incoming materials as per purchase orders.

Making dummy LPO for asphalt plant for overseas purchase.

Responsible for Monthly invoices of Scaffolding and update details submitting to project mangers and store supervisor.

Keeping the Record of small Tools and company assets and submit to the accounts every month.

Update the surveyor Equipments list and submit to the accounts dept.

Issue PPE items to the labours who newly joined to the company and which labour date is over due for the reissue.

Give details to the account from the archive store for JV, CPV, CRV and AR.

Material Transfer Note (MTN) post in As400 & JD Edward of sites.

Good Knowledge like Scaffolding items, Steels, cement, concrete blocks and Water proofing materials.

Excellent Knowledge in machinery spare parts
