Maintained a flat markup percentage for 6 years on $10 million annual spend, resulting in $1.4 million savings (over 3 years) with a temporary staffing firm. Also, added payroll services to reduce markup from 29.9% to 17.75 % on staff with longer tenure.

Created and facilitated RFP for a drug wholesaler service and gained in $50 million savings on $50 billion spend over a 3 year contract.

Oversaw National Janitorial Services contract to generate $1.3 million annual savings for corporate headquarters and 12 field locations.

Conducted RFP for computers enterprise-wide, resulted in $1.2 million annual savings during a 3 year contract for approximately 7,500 employees.

Facilitated Office Supplies RFP to save $1.9 million on $7.5 million spend through negotiations and increasing of generic products.

Reduced overall vendor base and establish Master Service Agreements with key suppliers covering all divisions and national locations.
