I reported to the owner and president. I manage marketing and promotional activities, new business development, technical selling and sales training for a leading supplier and manufacturer in the graphic converting industry; primarily working with protective or enhancement films, specialty papers, PS products and coatings for graphic arts, food, and medical packaging industries. I have increased sales to138% of our new business plan. I have been a key contributor in building new relationships, and developing several new products and markets.

I reported directly to the owner Paul Trajkovich and some of his family members. My responsibilities involved all aspects of the growth and development of this small family owned business. I was the leading contributor to outstanding incremental sales growth from seven million in 1998 to over twelve million in annual sales by 2003.
