Plan Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Consolidates all passive preventive maintenance reports in a region/zone under the PM.

Provides report of all monthly spares requirement and tracks usage of maintenance parts.

Consolidates all monthly PPM plans from various Field Team Coordinators and Regional Technical Managers.

Tracks all non-routine spares requirement and updates the PM on spares usage

Consolidates all Passive equipment Data, Serial numbers, and keeps records of all passive equipment on sites

Works closely with Contractors, Vendors, Warehouse Manager and monitors equipment installation date, replacement due date and status.

Overseas distribution of spares to regions

Provides the PM with monthly spares requirements and requests from warehouse spares upon PM approval.

Communicates with NOC weekly PPM schedule and supports with access Refs.

Flags gaps in Planning, scheduling and implementation of PPM to RTM and team Leads

Develops a file of standard work orders (plans) for regularly recurring repair jobs, based on historical experience, to simplify planning process.

Provides information of equipment maintenance processes, due dates and manufactures recommendation.

Keeps data of DG running Times, Battery Health test reports, Air condition status in the region

Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming spares.

Stores spares by designating storage areas and updating location database.

Monitors and controls inventory levels by completing counts of spares as required; reconciling with database.

Real-Time, Weekly and Monthly reporting to PM showing materials requisitions and usage

Maintains warehouse security at all times

Prepares loads for shipment.

Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels

Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of spares to keep costs down where possible.
