Accomplishments: Increase profitability with implementation of cost cutting methodology. Set up new financial analysis for the review and application by all levels of the organization. Short and long term reporting to the executive staff and the board of directors.

Set up new construction loan agreements and draw request schedules with

Financial institutions. Negotiate subcontractor buyouts to increase job profits,

cash flows and cash requirements.
