Guest Service Manager

Lead a team ensuring their training is completed within the designated timeframe.

The guest services manager oversees booking processes and handles the reservation and scheduling of offered amenities, and is also responsible for ensuring efficient handling of room service orders.


Provides customer support by assisting members with required documentation, such as, performance reports, travel vouchers, change of address, and certification of travel orders.

Responsible for correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, format and capitalization on all documentation that comes out of the Group and Squadron staff offices to include letters, emails, reports, spreadsheets and databases.

Preparing travel log vouchers. Maintains various files related to customer service issues, including reference materials, files, program documentation and reports.

Security Manager

Conducted interviews to determine individuals interest, qualifications and personnel data.

Established and maintained proper staffing levels as governed by Hotel activity.

Provide training, guidance and review performance evaluations for all security officers.

Maintains and tracks security incident reports, control logs and issues ID cards.

Conduct departmental initial and recurring training, prepared weekly work schedule.

Supervised security staff of up to 10 persons.

Conduct both initial training of newly assigned Team Members and recurring weekly/monthly training.

Motivated and counseled Team Members and administered disciplinary actions as required.

Conducted and recorded security and safety training programs for Hotel Team Members to include Fire/emergency procedures, HAZCOM, CPR to include First Aid Certification.
