Manage bidding process for over 400 projects that reach over 14 million dollars on a yearly basis for three Corporate Divisions that provide diverse Subcontractor’s services including Commercial Painting & Special Coatings, Acoustic Panels, Fire-proofing & Flooring.

Prepare bid proposal procedures for General Contractor using New Vista Viewpoint System & other on-line Programs such as Textura, SAP Ariba, IBidPro, ESourcing, Building Connected, BlueBeam, ConstructSecure, POET, T-Tracker Etc maintaining the highest level of confidentiality

Follow up with General Contractor for Drawings & Specifications for ongoing projects
