Electronic Assembler II Superior Group (Weatherford) 04/2017 – 02/2018

Build and wire low voltage panels for Variable Speed Drives (very much like the work I did at GE/Lufkin Automation, they build VSD).

Mechanical Assembler Kelly Services (GE) 02/2016 – 12/2016

Verified, collected, unpacked nuts, studs, bolds and parts (using drawing and part’s list).

Assisted in sub-assembly: mounting motors, installing pipes, tubing and parts.

Assisted in assembling the skid: installing the enclosures, water washes, water injections, motors, filters, check valves, the walk ways etc…

Adjusted, shimmed, moved, cut, grind, drilled, loosen, tighten, torque nuts, studs, bolds etc.. using air or hand tools, over head crane, palette jack.

Clean the whole skid, bubble wrap delicate parts prepare it for shipping.

Organized the cart’s parts, tools and kept work site clean.

Assembler II G E Oil & Gas/Lufkin Automation 09/2007 – 09/2015

Installed LCD screens, keypads and switches on front panels. Installed terminal blocks, labels, power supplies, ground cables and wired back panels. Assembled, tested and box the RPC controller.

Identified and prepared parts: contactors, breakers, transformers, etc… Installed the rails and all the parts and wired motor control panels, using wiring list and point to point wiring method.

Modified/removed/rewired, drill, mounted and installed parts on Variable Speed Drives (boards, heaters, radio, sonarlert, pigtails, dim-rails, fuse boxes, power supplies, switches, transformers, surge protectors, ray caps, line-reactors etc…).

Selected, cut, stripped, crimped wires and cables using wire striper, cable cutter and crimper. Used sockets, ratchets, torque wrenches and various hand tools to tighten/loosen nuts, studs and screws etc… Drilled, tapped, punched holes using electric/air drills/impacts and knockout. Manipulated/modified/removed parts to accommodate the new requirements using saw/cutting wheel, files etc…

Asked engineer and supervisor to clarify or for additional instructions on how to build or to install new parts/products. Read/followed notes, photos, instructions, drawings, and schematics.

Part Processor Ford Motors Co. 01/2007 – 09/2007

Picked, counted, box, tagged, sorted car’s parts and re-stocked the shelves.
