Who Should Be Hired

When a company is started, it is a result of an entrepreneur acting on a vision he or she has but for any company to succeed or to expand it needs to employ individuals that will help that business succeed. For that the entrepreneur needs to find out what kind of qualities and expertise he or she requires to help in achieving the goals of the business.

In my view, I believe it is important to look for more than just qualifications when looking for a suitable candidate. The characteristics of individuals and what others think of him or her are vital in reaching the decision of whether or not to hire an individual. On that note, I would like to take the opportunity to present myself.

Firstly, I believe that my part in an organization will be one in that my characteristics are ideal. A young and energetic individual who has a great desire for success with enough drive to achieve his goal of success is who I am.

After having passed matric at St Anthony’s College, I decided to go look for employment as to initiate my working credentials. In November 2009, I began working at Game Chris Hani Mall, a company that sells various household and appliances. My employment at Game involves selling and assisting customers, to cashing up as well as stock taking for the Chris Hani Mall store.

I, Thabiso Tseladimitloa believe that I am a young energetic male determined to succeed in achieving my goal of wealth, prosperity and success. I intend on achieving these goals not only in my career but also with friends and family.

With the characteristics of drive, innovation, quick thinking, leadership qualities, vision along with some enthusiasm it would be a difficult task failing to achieve my goals.
