Consultant for Ads Quality Rater (Temporary Job
Responsible for providing feedback and analysis by rating advertising product guidelines. All work is completed by logging into an online rating software. The work involves reviewing ads in Portuguese or French and ratings are written in English. Also evaluate the accuracy of web advertising and communicate effectiveness of web layouts and information via an online tool.

Project 1: Management in Service Desk (200 Service Requests per month, 11 Million Service Order per year, 25,000 global users)
Steady State/ Support Project Manager of the internal team and in the team allocated to the Client Company, globally located in India, Brazil, and in the United States. Responsible for maintaining the Service Order under control, create and implement the Continued Improvement Planning, using the SDM tool.
Results: 100% of the incidents at first priority closed within the criteria and on the deadline. Aims accomplished without any pending, always reaching the internal and external client satisfaction.
Project 2: Senior Project Manager of Cloud Security / Shark Cage Project that mission statement is to ensure that all IBM Accounts, Internal, External, Indirect, New and Existing have default security in place to protect IBM and IBM Customers.
Used Agile Methodology to deploy SLACT Tool. Sprints of 2 to 4 weeks fixed in time and management of 8 persons self organized with different functional expertise toward a common goal.
Results: Yet at the beginning of Project: Identification of what should be our Scope on a first level identifying Type of accounts. Deployment of SLACT Tool that is an application to register Softlayer accounts.
BANCO SANTANDER (CAPGEMINI of Brazil) 07/2007 to 03/2009

Project1: Systems Integration between Real Bank and Santander Bank in Brazil
Assistance in Integration of Real Bank systems with Santander Bank for Financial and Mobile Terminals. Acting as PMO in the Channel areas with five business analysts, under my responsibility to control roll out of agencies deployment.
Results: Systems Integration released within the periods provided at the project schedule.
Project 2: Management Reports Deployment in the Financial Portal at Santander
Management of the deployment teams activities of high and low platform. (DB2 / Cobol and Oracle VB) composed by seven people. Development, automation and deployment of 10 Managerial Reports (DB2, COBOL and SQL, ASP).
Results: Reports delivered at Santander Portal with two months in advance.

Elaboration of a study to the feasibility of the Store opening. Evaluation,, creation, adaptation and implementation of processes at the store operating since the candy production until the distribution and sale to the public. Search diversity in the use of space, expanding the niche services with the administration of small and medium-sized events. Responsible in managing team consisted by five people, suppliers contracts and vendors when needed to host an event and marketing advertising and promotion of the company.

Responsible for customizing and implementing SAP in the modules FI / MM / SD / CO, with team management in Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo, totaling twenty-two team members.
Results: adjusted, in one month, 100% of the deliveries within the deadlines with 0% error.

E-Procurement Manager (Procwork)
Project 1: Suppliers Global System Deployment (E-Procurement)
Responsible for managing all activities to deploy Global Suppliers system ( Click to Buy Tool) using two databases (CitiBank X Ericsson Sweden) to achieve and improve the data transfer process.
Results: Decrease from 7.5 to 10% in the price list of Unproductive Expenditure. Reduction from 10 to 4 days on the Purchasing process. Saving of US $ 600,000.00 and one-day gain in the data transfer process.

Project 2: Competence Shift
Responsible for the Competence Shift System Development and management of the main "stakeholders" of Engineering Areas in order to get the Company becoming a Solution Provider in the Mobile Telephone Market.
Result: 100% of the goals achieved, two months before the cut-off date, adding value in knowledge management which contributed directly to the company becoming a Provider Solutions on January 2001.
