From a training perspective in my position with AmeriGas Propane I was responsible for everything from methodology to collateral. I truly understand that the key to any successful implementation is user adoption and to that end I developed a training methodology pairing traditional function-based education with a “customer acquisition” touch approach. With ease of adoption in mind I created an Intranet site which housed simulated training as well as an extensive library of CRM collateral. I conducted both internal and external on and off site training and ran quarterly web based continuous education sessions. Communication included monthly C-Level Status Reporting as well as e-newsletters to users detailing system enhancements, training tips and upcoming CRM releases/ training events.
