PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Medhaj Techno Concept Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, India Sep. 2012- Oct. 2014 Assistant Project Engineer-
Conversion of Overhead Electrical Power Distribution System into Underground Electrical Power Distribution system, System Improvement, Strengthening and Augmentation of Distribution system to Bring down AT & C Losses and Improve Quality of Power Supply to Consumers-.
•Conducting feasibility study, preparing “Detailed Project Report” of implementation of SMART-GRID concept following guidelines circulated by Rural Electrification Corporation, India.
•Developing RFPs (Request for Proposal) and RFQs (Request for Quotation) for final implementation of the project.
•Monitoring, controlling and optimizing the operation of system by using ETAP software
•Ensuring high quality construction, erection, commissioning and testing using GIS mapping to avoid slippage and errors till the completion of the project.
•Installing AMR (Automatic Metering) and Automatic Data Loggers for all distribution transformers and feeders.
Academic Project-
•Designed an area efficient 4-bit shift register with reset at every output by analyzing different techniques of design using DSCH software and MICROWIND software. DSCH software was used to design logic level circuit while MICROWIND was used to design and simulate layout level design using stick diagram. The power consumption, delay and area utilization was compared to find the most efficient design.
•Design and Physically implement an Automatic Irrigation System using soil moisture sensor and ATMEL’s AT89C51 microcontroller along with keil software to compile it. The function of this project is to keep track of soil moisture. For this, an op-amp IC is used to compare the moisture value with a fixed moisture value to turn on and off the water pump according to the comparator.
Certification-
DUCAT, Noida, India
•Did 3-months VLSI Verilog training to gain in-depth knowledge starting from system design, analysis necessities with details of testing, and implemented an 8-bit microcontroller (arithmetic & logic unit, shift unit, rotate unit, memory to read/write and interrupts) using Xilinx Ise and Verilog coding.
