Projects:
Right Slag practice for EAF, LRF and VTD reduced cost of Refectory Bricks, and right slag volume increase yield of EAF, steel cleanliness. Reduced down time EAF applied OEE report. Final products (round and rectangle casted bars) reduced internal and external defects.
In Peoples Steel Mills Pakistan involved start up the new mill, involved start up charging and alloy bay, Installation EAF,LMF and VDT,CCM and Ingot casting new equipment, and start up the mill production, carbon steel and stainless steel.
