Experience: Fleenor Paper Company – Production Trainer & Safety Coordinator 6/17 – Present I manage and oversee all aspects of safety training new associates as well as monitor their job training for certification as operators. My responsibilities cover all work stations and every department on all 3 shifts. I work closely with the Production Supervisors to ensure all safety training is completed and followed by the associates. I ensure we meet OSHA requirements, including PPE regulations, and do the ordering, staging, and issuing of tools and materials. In addition, I assign and monitor the locker and parking spaces for each employee and also monitor the company cell phones issued to certain personnel. I conduct daily safety (Focus) walks thru the plant, and report operational and safety concerns to the Plant Manager and dept. supervisors for correction. Procured materials, managed man-power requirements, and coordinated equipment needs to meet customers order requirements. Smart Products, Inc. - Product Manager/Master Scheduler 04/01-9/06 Managed the production crews, generated, implemented, and coordinated the daily work schedules for production, stockroom, test and warehouse departments.
