Experience: Fleenor Paper Company – Production Trainer & Safety Coordinator 6/17 – Present I manage and oversee all aspects of safety training new associates as well as monitor their job training for certification as operators. My responsibilities cover all work stations and every department on all 3 shifts. I work closely with the Production Supervisors to ensure all safety training is completed and followed by the associates. I ensure we meet OSHA requirements, including PPE regulations, and do the ordering, staging, and issuing of tools and materials. In addition, I assign and monitor the locker and parking spaces for each employee and also monitor the company cell phones issued to certain personnel. I conduct daily safety (Focus) walks thru the plant, and report operational and safety concerns to the Plant Manager and dept. supervisors for correction. Process all new employees through a thorough safety orientation program. Conduct monthly safety meetings with all of the shifts/departments and also provide production supervisors with a daily safety topic to discuss with their crews at pre-shift meeting. Evaluate manufacturing process controls and procedures for efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.

Experience: Lowes- Plumbing Pro-Services Associate 8/13-6/17 Provide hands-on customer service with an emphasis in the Plumbing Department. Knowledgeable and skilled regarding DIY's to personally assist customers in solving home repairs. Maintain availability of inventory, keep the department clean and orderly, process customer returns, create and input special orders, identify and correct problems within the department and with customers and operate equipment as needed.

DisCopy Labs- Plant Supervisor 11/12-06/13 Managed all daily operations for packing/assembly areas of a large distribution company. Scheduled, created, released, and monitored shop floor work orders. Smart Products, Inc. - Product Manager/Master Scheduler 04/01-9/06 Managed the production crews, generated, implemented, and coordinated the daily work schedules for production, stockroom, test and warehouse departments. Implemented continuous processes improvement, managed operators training, and promoted a safe working environment. Coordinated all materials, equipment, personnel, with final product shipping dates.
