As the Project Manager for Portables, I and my team have inventoried all client owned portable properties as well as AV equipment, assigned item numbers, photographed all items, labeled the properties, and entered them into the inventory control computer program. I also implemented an inventory system of color coding all client owned extension cords, multi strips and power supplies. All AV items were marked with a large label with the manufacturer name, serial number, size of the item, and included accessories such as remote controls, table stands, as well as what cords were included. This was in addition to pulling, packing and shipping 5-10 portable orders per day.

While employed at Moose Exhibits, it was my responsibility to review sales contracts, provide the client with descriptive invoices and payment plans. I worked with clients on show services, ordering and payment, shipping, and labor for installation and dismantle. I inventoried all portable items and displays including setting them up and taking pictures of all items and input them into an Excel Spread Sheet as they did not have an inventory control system.

My responsibilities included researching and finding vendors as well as job specific items. I worked with vendors on pricing and contracts as well as invoicing terms. I handled all the purchasing for projects as well as freight. This included handing delivery, invoicing and purchase orders. All items were entered into QuickBooks. All shipping was also handled by me including schedules and following up on pick up and delivery. I also handled any issues that would arise during shows on the show floor and shipping.
