In the US Navy, I provided customer service working in the Supply Division. While in collage I worked in retail sales. My first employment after collage was in retail management. For over 28 years I worked in outside sales. After I took the advice from PHH and signed up with Accounting Principals, I found myself working again at PHH, within weeks, doing my prior job. In August I was one of 10 LPA’s selected to start a new project called Quality Service Review. We were chosen to review loans prior to their submission to the Closing Department. Or job was to review these loans for errors. If any were found, we were to identify the correction required, send them back to the Loan Processor for correction. Once corrected they were reviewed again then forwarded to the Closing Department. In Late October PHH eliminated 375 Loan Processors from their staff. With the reduction in outgoing loans there was also a reduction in the number of personal in the QSR Department. I found myself with that policy of LIFO. Last In/First Out.

I worked in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor Assistant, It was my responsibility to make sure, that prior to loans going to closing, all important information was accurate. This included the insurance coverage, the employment history, payoff information and all information that may apply to the state that we were closing in. I was a full time employee from December 2011 until June 2012. From July 2012 until May 2013 I was used as an on call employee as the work load dictated. In May of 2013 they eliminated the program that I worked under and I was encouraged to apply with Accounting Principals if I desired to return to PHH on an as need bases.

I contact credit card customers who are delinquent on their accounts. In my conversations it is my responsibility to greet them with respect, find out what caused the delay in their payment/payments, find a solution that provides a win/win situation for all parties involved. I was promoted to Baltimore, Maryland from January 1986 to October 1989. I was transferred back to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in a lateral move. Then in April 1990, I was promoted to Jacksonville, Florida. During October 2007, there was an overall reduction in the Sales Force of Pitney Bowes. I accepted Early Retirement in February 2008.
During my 28 years of service, with Pitney Bowes I held positions of SALES ASSOCIATE. a SALES TEAM MANAGER, an AREA SALES MANAGER and a NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER.
At all three districts, I was elected, by my peers, to represent them in conflicts that may arise between them and management.
