Responsible for the servicing of a portfolio of 285 second lien accounts that are current and past Chapter 7 bankruptcies.

Monitor dockets on PACER of all current CH7 bankruptcy activity.

Work directly with debtors on their defaulted accounts - either get them in a payment plan or negotiate a loss/mit workout.

Manage sales of accounts to private investors if no workout can be made with debtors in portfolio.

Manage all short sales of properties until closing. Work directly with realtors in negotiating settlements or HAFA agreements then ensure title release executed.
