CURRENT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Integral Solutions L.L.C)

Preparation & formatting of Engineering Documents i.e. IOD (Index of Document), Preparation of Submittal Packages to Clients, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), MTOs (Material Take-off), Specifications, Datasheets, Technical Queries etc.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

Manage all the ISO related documentation and applicable to all the concern departments and updated all the ISO queries for yearly ISO audit.

Carry out various functions related to project document receiving & transmittal, safekeeping & maintenance of project document archives, document imaging, and document reproduction and distribution as per document control procedure.

Traveling and hotel reservation arrangements visa processing (visa application, stamp visa & labour card etc.), air tickets, hotel reservations and transport arranged for Sr. Staff / Visitors.
