Conflict Resolution. Take an active leadership role in the resolution of potential EHS compliance violations while working cooperatively with Beam Legal or outside counsel on other related litigation.

Developing & Building Capabilities. Work cooperatively with Operating Units to ensure appropriate personnel are properly trained and the training is documented in areas regulated by EHS.
