ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Developed the engineering lab into a highly successful environmental and dynamics testing lab.

Test engineering responsibilities for all types of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrohydraulic components produced by PneuDraulics as well as testing components for some of our customers.
Prepare Acceptance Test Procedures, Qualification Test Procedures, Similarity and Analysis Reports, Test Reports, and Qualification Test Reports.
Responsible for development of testing of new products from R&D through qualification and into production.
Supervise day and night shift engineering lab personnel and schedule daily engineering lab test activities (R&D, qualification, and sustaining).
Coordinate test schedules with Director of Engineering, Project Engineers, and Business Unit Managers. Interact with customers in-regard to changes in documents, test schedule, and test results.
Work with outside labs on test quotes, test schedule, test witnessing, and provide point of contact. Coordinate FAA test witness requirements with customers and in-house QC personnel.
Work with outside contractors to maintain operation and calibration of test equipment, such as, vibration/shock system, environmental chambers, recorders, accelerometers, flow meters...etc.
I have been involved in hundreds of qualification programs in my 30+ years of aerospace employment, both commercial and military programs.
I have experience with RTCA/DO-160, MIL-STD-810, and numerous other government and customer specifications.
I have experience with Environmental, Dynamics, Lightning, EMC/EMI, Non-Destructive, Impulse, and Temperature testing.

Allied Signal Aerospace
August 1986 to February 1989
Testing for all types of hydraulic and electrohydraulic components produced by Allied Signal Aerospace.
Responsible for documentation of test activities and results using written log sheets, photographs, and generating test data.
Setup and preform a range on environmental tests including temperature chambers, impulse, endurance, and hydraulic tests.
Perform both R&D and Qualification testing.

August 1984 to August 1986
Testing for all types of electromechanical components, pneumatic valves, solenoid valves, and actuators for both oil and nuclear power industry produced by ITT General Controls.
Responsible for documentation of test activities and results using written log sheets, photographs, and generated test data.
