Managed development of 40 different Windows 95, NT 4.0 images for Quest Diagnostics’ Y2K desktop

project encompassing 20+ US locations. 2200+ units replaced and 800 brought into Y2K compliance

by hardware and software upgrades. Coordinated 90+ resources to complete $2 million project on-time

and under budget with minimal end-user impact

Managed NYK Lines Y2K hardware and software discovery for 15+ locations throughout United States.

Designed data collection forms, process and procedures. Interfaced between all location contacts and

internal Inacom resources. Collected information on 2000+ devices in less than 3 months

Managed development and deployment of Windows 95, NT 3.51 and NT 4.0 images for BOC Gases on

multiple hardware platforms for 2000 users nationwide. Developed 1 year phase approach to help

minimize user disruption in American based operations
