QA Roles and Responsibilities:
Comprehend the project requirement, Design the Test Plan and Test Cases and Test Strategy document. Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases
Performing E2E process on manual testing where different SDLC comes under SIT, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Verification and Validation Testing, Negative Testing, Ad-Hoc and Black Box Test.
Attend Project Sprint Planning meeting. Understand the requirements also interact with the concerned developer. This allows QA to see exactly how the new feature or requirement change works within quality time.
Executing the timely frame Regression and Re-Testing, It helps the impact of requirement change on existing module. Deploy the Integration Testing for inspecting the multilayer of application.
Generate and Procure test cases based on the technical requirement document.
Participation on Peer Review process for the accuracy checks in Software testing life Cycle.
Report defect on Bug reporting tool and assign to the stakeholder. Look forward that bug will not stand more than two days. Attend daily stand-ups with QA Members to make sure the Quality checkpoints.
Gathering regular update from QA member in the entire duration of the sprint, the workload for QA should be spread out and this allows for issues to be found earlier instead of only at the ends.
Design and Define the Quality Standards and Requirement Traceability Matrix for the project or sprint, also mark the checkpoints for proper mapping and identify the Gap, if any. I also help to track the testing flow.
Evolve Agile Testing practice on monthly release module, where liaising with the developer on each and every phase of the module. Performed internal test case walkthroughs, reviews and 4assessment meetings.
Schedule the QA Member handoff meeting for Attend Sprint retrospectives to evaluate the strength and weakness and determine the solutions for them.
Attend the regular Client and Business call and coordinate with project stakeholders to lead a walkthroughs meeting and escalate Issues.
Designed Use Case and understand the Flow Chart template for both end user and developers, it should be covered end to end requirement flow.
