A) Worked with M/s. APT Power Engineering, Hyderabad at site Gopani Iron and Power Pvt. Ltd. Tadali, Chandrapur (M.S.) as a Deputy Plant Manager (O&M), 15 MW CPP having 45TPH AFBC Boiler and 4 Nos. of WHRB'S of 12TPH each capacity.

B) Worked with Gupta Energy Private Ltd. Usegaon, Ghugus, Distt. Chandrapur, as Deputy Manager (Mechanical)

Working from project stage to now in Operation & Maintenance of 120 MW Power Plant

Duration: 15th September 2010 to 15th July 2016.

Responsibilities during O&M and Project EPC of 120MW Power Plant:

Handling Operation and Maintenance activities of 2x25OTPH CFBC Boiler, (Working Pressure 97Kg/cm2, Temperature-525 5 ºC) & 2x60MW Turbine.

Monitored the erection and Commissioning activities of BTG package and its auxiliaries.

Carried out Pressure parts welding & SR, UT, RT Tests of welded joints.

Checking of alignment of PA, SA, ID Fans, BFP, Crushers.

Ensure safety norms adhered to during erection activities.

Coordination and correspondences with contractors.

Clearance of supply and erection bills of Boiler based on various clauses mentioned in the contract

C) Worked at Indorama Synthetics (I) Ltd as a Desk Engineer / Shift Incharge, Butibori Dist.Nagpur, on behalf of M/s. Desein (I) Pvt. Ltd, Delhi,

For operation and maintenance of 30MW Power Plant having 2x90TPH AFBC Boilers and 2X15MW Turbine

Erection and Commissioning of 120 MW Power Plant Project

Erection and Commissioning of 2x250TPH CFBC Boiler, 2x60MW Turbine and its Auxiliaries.

Carried out various test of boilers like Hydraulic test, Refractory dry out, alkali boil out, steam blowing.

Erection and Commissioning of all auxiliaries of boiler (i.e. PA, SA, ID Fans, and BFP.)

Erection and Commissioning of JOP, AOP, EOP, CW & ACW Pumps and Raw Water and Fire Fighting Pumps.

OPPERATION:

Ensuring and managing overall operations involved in power generation including co-ordinating in manpower management, supplies and up-time of equipments.

Operation & Maintenance of Boiler, Turbine, & its Auxiliaries, CHP, Ash Handling etc.

Give necessary instructions/directions to field technicians to check and ensure the assigned field jobs are completed and recorded timely.

Co-ordinate the start-ups and shutdown activities of the unit.

MAINTENANCE:

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the generating station s maintenance team to facilitate maintenance in a safe, efficient and cost effective to the plant.

Preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of CFBC 250TPH BOILER.

DP, SR, UT, RT Tests of welded joints.

Cross-train the maintenance employees to handle diverse functions.

Maintenance of boiler pressure parts, Fans and Auxiliaries, rotating part are DCF, cyclone and bed ash screw conveyor also coal conveyor, maintenance of HVAC, compressor,maintenance of ESP, AHP and balance plant, Preventive /predictive breakdown maintenance.

Regularly check how the machines are working, so that possible problems can be detected in advance.

B.E. Mech from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Management and Technology Nagpur with 'A' Grade

D.M.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Govt. Polytechnic Bramhapuri, in 1996, with 63.55%

HSSC - (Science) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Collage, Bramhapuri, in 1993, secured 64.33 %

SSC - from Lal Bahadur Shashtri Vidyalaya, in 1991, secured 81.00 %

CAD/CAM in Solid & Hollow Modelling and Manufacturing 2006 with A Grade.
