STI SANOH India Limited is a joint venture of Steel Tubes of India Ltd. Dewas and Sanoh Industrial Co. Ltd. Japan. Its precision products are Copper Coated Single Wall and Double Wall Tubes, Pvdf coating,Hypera Coating,Condensers, break-line and fuel line etc. The manufacturing activity of Sanoh is spreaded in all over India. As far as market share is concern it is no. one in its precision products. Marketing activity of the Co. is covered by various Branches. Some of the potential customers of the Company are M&M, Maruti, Godrej, LG, Electrolux Kelvinator, Bajaj, and Videocon etc.

Duty and Responsibility :-

To deploy Manpower As per Plan Raw materials Pickup as per Plan and achieved production as daily plan at all stations.

Daily work management and Shift handling.

Production Planning & problem solving.

Production completion with in time with good quality costs, production volume.

Check proper operating condition of tools &equipments periodically.

FIFO System of Tube Mill WIP to be maintain.

To Maintain reduction trend of market complaint (5% reduction compare to last Year).

SAP entry of daily Production.

On line store items issue slip making and To Implement 5’S’ Activity, Kaizen, House Keeping and SAP Implementation (As per requirement of company).

To All I.S.O TS-16949 And EMS Documents maintain.

H2 and N2 Cooling tower Plant All Activities Checking .
