(SmartBeta). I started with London clientele; by the end of my carier at AXA IM my number of clients more than doubled and included the largest clients from orther countries that were allocated to me specifically due to complexity of their reporting requirements and importance to the business. Stanhope Capital (London). Middle office analyst. September 2014 – February 2015 In my time at Stanhope Capital, one of my key responsibilities was to ensure data received from external sources was complete and accurate, and was subsequently entered correctly into the in-house systems. I communicated on a daily basis with a large number of custodians in different countries, to ensure the correctness of transactions such as purchase and sale of securities, switches to different share classes and payment of fees.
I was responsible for managing the receipt and transmission of monies to and from client accounts. This involved liaising with the compliance team to ensure procedures were adhered to and for documenting all steps and communications so that a full audit trail was held on record.
