I would reach out to various contacts for restoration projects, or intercept incoming
requests for restoration services. I would set up initial meetings with clients at job
sites. I would outline affected structure and procedures to repair damage. I would meet
with the crew and outline tasks and see the project through to completion.
I would be responsible for initial photos, authorizing paperwork, job write up, and
satisfaction / completion form.
2013 – 2014 FLOOD ELIMINATORS, HOLBROOK, N.Y.
I would receive job requests from various companies such as Servpro and Service Master
as well as direct pay projects. I would take photos and secure initial paperwork.
I would meet with the client to agree on the restoration procedures to follow. I would meet
with the crew and instruct them to proceed as agreed upon with the client. When project
was completed, I would have the satisfaction forms signed.
2007 – 2013 Servpro of Medford, Medford, N.Y.
I managed water, fire and mold losses on a daily basis. I would take photos, secure all
initial paperwork, diagram the affected area and start a drying workbook on all water
losses. I would also monitor the drying affects until the area was dry. I would do the
project write up, then collect the certificate of satisfaction when project is complete.
2004 -2006 Nationwide CATV, Cavendish, VT.
I would open the doors for business on a daily basis. I would assign routes for as many
as forty technicians. I performed quality checks on recently completed installations of
cable tv service, high speed internet and phone service, I would respond to problems in
the field, for either techs, or subscribers.. When field duties were complete, I would
return to the office and wait for techs to complete their routes.
