Worked as a tele caller to collect outstanding dues from customer credit card and personal loan bills are due.

Continuously follow up on Non contactable accounts to establish some mode of contact. Timely referral of customer service escalation issues and ensure resolution on the accounts within TAT. Ensure consistent achievement of benchmarks.
