• Responsible for complete mechanical design (CAD) of Hydraulic Presses, Roll Tooling, Material Handling, weldments, sheet-metal design, rotating equipment, safety guarding layout etc., for our unique Roll former Lines, using Inventor 2017 and AutoCad.

• Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies and subassemblies, including drafting, generating Bill of Materials (BOM), dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping and documenting results, quality check based on ASME codes.

• Active member of several multi-million dollar projects, related to automotive industries ensuring all production issues were evaluated and resolved while meeting customer specifications and deadlines.

The objective was to compare the experimental values with published experimental values of lift coefficient as a function of angle of attack. The results showed that the lift coefficient profiles were similar to the published experimental values by Prandtl.
