Mahmood Saeed beverage Can Egypt Company Limited (MSCANCO) is a unit of MS Group of companies, located at the Red Sea port city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. MSCANCO is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment for the manufacturing of high quality Aluminum Beverage Cans and the plant has an installed capacity 2400 million cans per annum.

Starting June 2014, I joined MSCANCO beverage con Company as Assistant Engineering Manager for its new plant in Kilo 63 Cairo Alexandria Desert Road Egypt. Starting as Assistant Project Manager, concrete the all the machine installation, commissioning. Then hire startup team from engineering& production for complete remaining installations and Established & implemented the 1st Line at MSCANCO Beverage Cans, including commissioning & start-up with good contribution in modifications to the design since 15/4/2016 and planning to startup the 2nd line in July 2017.

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

Coordinate between Roeslein company and the local subcontractor

Assign tasks to internal team MSCANCO and assist with schedule management.

Make sure that work progress are meet the project time table

Analyze risks and opportunities

Oversee all the electrical work in project

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

Hardware: a simple model will be constructed in the Lab which compromises different types of motors and controllers. The drive operation will be monitored and controlled through SCADA and PLC.
