Database Change Management Project
Managed a three year long project which consolidated multiple small storage facilities into a single new facility. Created new policies and procedures before hiring and training new employees and incorporating the original database to a SAP database.
Software Development and Installation Projects
Managed over 30 similar IT projects with proprietary software development and custom computer hardware manufacturing. Hardware was built in house from the board level. Involvement included creating proposals, creating/ controlling budgets and schedules, creating documentation, managing engineering/manufacturing/quality control, witnessing testing, planning deployment, leading technicians, invoicing, and conducting lessons learned.
Healthcare SAAS Project
Managed a project that developed a proprietary software to allow 30 clinics and hospitals using different electronic medical record software platforms to interface with one program that could be accessed by all employees at all locations.
Inherited IT Manufacturing Project
Took over a failing project to manufacture an industrial IT system that was one year behind schedule. By reviewing the schedule, identifying OEM delivery issues, and working directly with suppliers I was able to improve the schedule by ten months within my first week of controlling the project.

Managed a three year long computer network service program for the company’s largest customer. Extended the three year program to six years by improving project management performance. Managed 26 projects within the program.
