My Mother-In-Law was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in February 2015. After her surgery in June, 2015, I assumed to roll of her caregiver. I continue to assist with her care, numerous doctor appointments, work around her home, errands and support.

As the Human Resources Specialist, I recruit and interview perspective candidates for caregiver positions. Weekly, I host orientations for newly hired personnel, and provide assistance with scheduling and sales when needed. I do employee counseling sessions and terminations as needed.
