Material Discrepancy Report Management system (MDRMS): which integrates all activities related to Materials, right from the recognition of need for materials to the ultimate dispatch of finished goods to the ultimate consumer. Its activities includes flow of Materials requisition from the user department to Purchase, floating tenders, receiving quotations, making comparative charts, placement of PO, receiving goods at Stores, documentation at Stores, inspection and approval/rejection of goods, storage at the right bins, issuing against requisitions. Timely inventory verification and valuation. Receipt of finished goods and dispatch to various places as asked for.

Nonconformity Report Management System (NCRMS): Is designed to correct and eliminate the root causes of nonconformities. The user can execute an immediate solution or create a corrective action in order to eliminate the causes of it. Also the process includes the possibility of executing a preventive action to avoid potential nonconformities.

Advance Payment Management System (APMS): Advance payments to suppliers when their orders are large enough to be potentially burdensome to the producer, should the buyer decide to back out of the deal before delivery. This can assist producers who do not have enough capital to buy the materials needed to produce a large order, as they can use part of the advance payment to pay for the product they will be creating. It can also be used as an assurance that a certain amount of revenue will be brought in by producing the large order.
