My Duties and Responsibilities included but were not limited to:

Aircraft Functional Assemblies related to the Air to Air Fuel Probe System.

A.) Creation of Process and Procedure Manufacturing Instructions Compliant to Customer Drawing and Specification Documents and Requirements. Develop step by step travelers and determine process flow.

B.) Initiate Tool Designs for Tooling or Shop Aids to improve Processes. Monitor fabrication of these items and train personnel in the use of the new tools. Generate Tool Orders to Maintain the Repair of Existing Tools.

C.) Evaluate and Summarize Planning Updates driven by either Customer or Internal Requirements and Create Reports that Identify all Departments or Personnel affected by this or these changes.

D.) Schedule and Hold C.C.B. Review meetings when Changes or Updates to Drawings or Planning have occurred and make these changes known to all affected personnel and departments.

E.) Work with Quality Engineering and Production Management with Investigations regarding Trends, Discrepancies or Anomalies. Teach improved techniques to shop personnel and develop Illustrations for guidance.
