• Check setting of equipment, orientation and elevation.
• Check the base plate centering and leveling.
• Check the preliminary coupling alignment complete (Reverse or Axial/Radial alignment as applicable).
• Verify soft-foot.
• Release for grouting.
• Check if grouting completed (check voids) and foundation bolts tightened.
• Check drain pipes for grouting/completed (Remove jack screws after grout is cured), release for piping.
• Verify pre-alignment.
• Check suction strainer installed (verify the correct size of strainer)
• Verify of load cell in design (spring hanger) by vendor instruction.
• Check the final alignment with pump nozzles connected, pipe work loose and tight (reverse or axial/radial alignment.
• Check if shaft rotates freely and in correct direction.
• Check if coupling and guards installed.
• Check the pump installation complete and conformant. As per vendors installations and instructions. Permanent Strainer installed (if applicable). Doweling complete (if required). Grounding connection complete.
