Project

Working on multiple internal projects with the Information Management team. Current project involves analyzing and Querying Data for the healthcare analytics team and care management teams tracking Medicaid plans, prescription drugs and providers in a county. Also in making User Interface changes to display reports added to the company tool.

Molina reports to Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) following National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards. The collection of standardized Performance Measures in the Managed Care Industry helps in ensuring that the public has the information to reliably compare the performance of health care plans. We used CAHPS surveys from the patients to asses our internal Healthcare providers.

The main domains involve effectiveness, availability, experience of care, utilization and relative resource use, and health plan descriptive information. Based on these domains, the prime focus was on Analyzing HEDIS Measurement Information in support of Care and Service Improvisation Strategies.

Responsibilities

Led the strategic implementation of a 3rd party software suite to equip our external sales team of 6,000 brokers with an advanced lead management system, a full-fledged commission system and an online on-boarding system.
